Who we are

VoC Radar ("we") is an early-warning tool for TikTok Shop's VoC Index, operated from Sweden. This site, vocradar.com, is a pre-launch page where you can request early access. For anything privacy-related, contact us at hello@vocradar.com.

What we collect

Your email address — only if you submit it through the early-access form. It is stored with Formspree, the service that processes our form submissions.

Usage and advertising data — this site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and reports events (such as viewing the page or submitting the form) to Meta. We use this to measure whether our advertising works. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy and may associate it with your Meta account.

Technical logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) and DNS/email provider (Cloudflare) process IP addresses and request data as part of serving the site and forwarding email, as any web host does.

What we use it for

To let you know when early access opens, to ask occasional questions about your setup so we build the right product, and to measure ad performance. That's it. We do not sell your data, share it with anyone beyond the processors named above, or use it for anything unrelated to VoC Radar.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the early-access list until the beta ends or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Email hello@vocradar.com and we'll handle it within 30 days — in practice, usually the same day. You can also block the Meta Pixel with any standard content blocker; the site works fine without it.

Changes

If we change this policy — for example when the actual product launches and starts handling shop data — we'll update this page and the date above.
